Cam F. Justice grew up in Columbus Ohio and attended the “The” Ohio State University. Cam attended law school at Nova Southeastern University where he served as Associate Editor of the International Law Review. Cam earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) cum laude, graduating in the top 5% of his class in 1997. After law school, Cam began his career working for one of the top insurance defense firms in South Florida where he represented insurance companies and large multi-national corporations. Cam gained significant trial experience in complex personal injury cases. In 1999, Cam founded his own firm. Since then, he has dedicated his practice solely to representing injury victims and their families.
Cam has obtained numerous million and multi-million dollar verdicts, judgments and settlements and has committed his entire professional career to fighting for injury victims and their families. Cam has extensive experience in complex personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, defective products cases, defective medical device cases and pharmaceutical litigation. Most recently Cam has been actively involved in spear heading defective metal-on-metal hip litigation in South Florida. Cam is also actively involved in Multi-District Litigation around the United States.
Cam, his wife and three children are actively involved in numerous charitable organizations, with a focus on causes that helps animals, underprivileged and sick children, and also lends a helping hand to those in need.
The Justice family is also actively involved in the horse industry and their horse farm has produced many top horses who have competed at the World and National level. Cam and his family have earned multiple World and National titles, and most recently their daughter won the National Championship in Kansas City Missouri. Through Cam’s extensive background with horses, Cam has successfully handled many equestrian accident cases.
Cam focuses his practice exclusively on representing injury and wrongful death victims and their families. Cam has extensive trial and litigation experience and has earned a lifetime membership in the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Cam has earned the honor of being named one of the “Top Lawyers in Florida” for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Cam is AV Preeminent “5 out of 5” rated by Martindale-Hubbell in three areas of practice, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability. Cam has earned extensive recognition in the legal community and is an Eagle Member of The Florida Justice Association, and a member of The Broward County Bar Association, and The American Association for Justice.
Cam is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, and selectively handles cases nationwide.
