ATTORNEY FARIDA LOUTFI

ATTORNEY

I found my voice through the practice of law. I have made it my mission to advocate for those who have felt unheard through the judicial system and to lead the way for their voices to breakthrough the noise of the world.

ABOUT FARIDA

Farida was born in Cairo, Egypt and has lived in South Florida since the age of five. Farida attended Florida Atlantic University where she earned a B.A. in Multimedia Communications and Journalism. She then earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University.

Farida is fluent in Arabic and is admitted to practice law in all Florida courts.

During law school, Farida served as an intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, where she gained invaluable experience through the representation of those who are unable to afford to hire a private attorney. Recognized for her determination, consistency and oral advocacy skills, Farida was an active member of the St. Thomas University Trial Team. Farida was also the President of the Criminal Law Society and Vice President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society while a law student at St. Thomas University. Farida’s fearless, empathetic, and resilient characteristics contribute to her ability to negotiate, litigate, and otherwise zealously advocate for her clients.

As an attorney at Justice Law, Farida represents victims of personal injury involving auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip/trip and falls, premise liability, negligent security, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Farida also represents victims of sex crimes, including sexual abuse, assault, and harassment.

Since joining the firm as a law clerk and then as an attorney, Farida has gained significant experience on a variety of complex civil litigation including catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, auto accidents, and premises liability.

As a former competitive bodybuilder, Farida developed pristine drive, discipline, and commitment; that, along with Farida’s education, compassion, and hunger to pursue justice provide her with the necessary skills to be a zealous advocate on your behalf when preventable injuries occur due to the negligent acts or omissions of others.

Outside the office, Farida enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family. Farida is an animal lover, an advocate for women’s rights, and a firm believer and advocate of civil rights. Farida remains an active alum by assisting in judging and coaching aspiring trial attorneys and members of the St. Thomas University Trial Team.
