Participating attorneys, who have all agreed to operate by a strict code of conduct set forth by the Alliance, will be available to help victims navigate the claims process in order to expedite initial financial relief for economic loss and property damages suffered. Those needing information or assistance filing claims under the Oil Pollution Act (OPA) will receive free help by placing a call to a toll free hotline at 1-877-546-2408, where paralegals and attorneys will be on hand to assist.
